The short version

SkyTia collects your email address when you subscribe. We use it to send you weekly flight deals. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or spam you. That's it.

Who we are

SkyTia is a Canadian flight deal newsletter operated by Aunt Tia (skytia.com). You can reach us at social@skytia.com.

What information we collect

When you subscribe to SkyTia, we collect:

• Your email address — so we can send you deals
• The date you subscribed — stored by our email platform (Beehiiv)

We don't collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data unless you contact us directly.

How we use your information

Your email address is used for one purpose: sending you SkyTia's weekly flight deal digest. We will never:

• Sell your email address to third parties
• Share it with advertisers
• Use it for any purpose other than sending you deals
• Send you more than one email per week (and some weeks, none at all if there are no good deals)

Affiliate links

SkyTia uses affiliate links from Travelpayouts. When you click a booking link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the newsletter free.

Affiliate relationships never influence which deals we feature. We only share flights we'd genuinely book ourselves.

Email service provider

We use Beehiiv to manage our subscriber list and Resend to deliver emails. Your email address is stored on their servers. You can read Beehiiv's privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll be removed from our list immediately. You can also email us at social@skytia.com and we'll remove you manually.

Cookies

The SkyTia website (skytia.com) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We don't track your visits, clicks, or behaviour on the site.

Your rights (CASL & GDPR)

As a Canadian newsletter, we comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You gave us explicit consent when you subscribed, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.

If you're in the EU, you also have rights under GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at social@skytia.com to exercise these rights.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll let subscribers know via email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
